What you bring

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills with English at mother tongue level.
  • French as a native tongue -¬†Must
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to assist customers with product usage; Patience and a strong customer service attitude.
  • Willingness to work in a shift-based work schedule.
  • Energetic, quick learner, highly motivated, and detail oriented.
  • Experience in technical support (tier 1 + 2)- Advantage.
